Yesterday I went to MasterChef Live at Hordern Pavilion.
I won a festival pass through an ABE’s Real Bagels competition. What do you think of my response?
To go in the draw…tell us your favourite way to serve up ABE’S Bagel Crisps.
What I love to do is crack each bagel into four or five pieces and sandwich them between thick wholegrain bread for extra crunch. I’d add French remoulade on top of assorted salad leaves and a small fish fillet for that zinging taste. ABE’s bagels use superior ingredients so my burgers are fresh but incredibly tasty.

Outings, Sydney, Vietnamese | 13 CommentsIt may be flippant to some, but the Bankstown Children’s Festival would have to be one of the most memorable yearly festivals for me here in Sydney. This year, on the tenth anniversary of the festival, the day was ineluctably hot (a scorching 30 degrees on the eve of spring).

Outings, Sydney | 19 CommentsWe began our foray in Town Hall at noon, sauntering down to Circular Quay, where the pilgrims were starting to build up in mass numbers along the edge. Overhead was a computerised woman’s voice, admonishing pilgrims: “Wash your hands before you eat.”
